In-store and online: We accept returns on *all unopened, unused and unwashed product within 30 days of receipt for Roman + Riley store credit only. Items must still have the tags/packaging all intact and free of damage.

Online: Product must arrive in original/new condition. Once the original condition product arrives, you will be credited in store credit the exact amount paid for the product (shipping cost for return is not reimbursed). 

*Please note we do have final sale items addressed in our "Final Sale Items" section of our policies


Online: Due to quick sell out and having a limited inventory we are not able to accommodate an online exchange. Please process the unwanted item as a return and then you may reorder your desired change of item. Keep in mind, shipping cost is not reimbursed for the unwanted item.


Any discounted merchandise, “last chance”, and pre-order items are final sale. 

All skincare and jewelry items including, but not limited to:

hats, jewelry, pacifier items, sunscreen, etc. are considered final sale due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

R+R Cash is non-refundable.
