I can not issue you store credit for a lost/stolen/etc. package. PLEASE PAY THE EXTRA COSTS FOR INSURANCE IF THIS IS A CONCERN OF YOURS.
You must purchase insurance to be able to file a claim through USPS and be credited (by USPS) in the event your package ends up lost, stolen, damaged, etc.
Once your package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible.
From experience- USPS will not credit you without insurance on your package. Any orders shipped by PRIORITY includes up to $100 in insurance.
*the insurance included in the price for shipping in our R+R shipping rates at checkout will cover packages valued up to $100. If you'd like to purchase additional insurance coverage email us at email@example.com PRIOR to placing your order.*
All orders ship from our studio based in Olympia, WA within 1-3 business days.
This does not include shipping time for when you will receive your order.
Shipping time will vary from location to location- this is also based off of the speed of the mail carrier. Once your package leaves my hands I am no longer in control.
