We accept returns of all (custom/personalized orders excluded) unopened, unused and unwashed product within 4 days of receipt for roman + riley store credit. Product must arrive in original/new condition. Once the original condition product arrives, you will be credited in store credit the exact amount paid for the product (shipping cost for return is not reimbursed). No returns on any custom orders. All sale items are final sale.
